Sedan Helsingborg gick upp i allsvenskan igen för sjutton år sedan inför säsongen 1993 har lagen mötts hela 33 gånger i allsvenskan med ett års uppehåll år 2000 så MFF låg i superettan.
Poängskörden är helt jämn efter vårens derby på Olympia i Helsingborg. Båda lagen har vunnit tolv gånger var och det har blivit oavgjort nio gånger.
